Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Muhammad Aslam Tanks & Barrels Maintenance ("we") collects through aslamdrums.ae, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into our enquiry form and send to us: your name, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number, the product or service you selected, the quantity you entered, and the contents of your message. We do not collect payment details through this website. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies to profile visitors.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and to quote for the drums, IBC tanks or reconditioning work you asked about. If your enquiry becomes an order, we keep the correspondence as part of our normal business records. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are transmitted through Formspree, a third-party form processor operating outside the United Arab Emirates, which forwards the submission to our email inbox. This means your enquiry is transferred across borders in the course of reaching us. Our email is hosted by Google. If you would rather not use the form, contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp on +971 52 256 0462 instead.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Correspondence attached to a completed order is kept for as long as UAE commercial record-keeping requirements apply.
Your rights
You can ask us what data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to maslamtanksbarrels@gmail.com with the email address or phone number you originally contacted us from, and we will respond within 30 days.
